At iCan London, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. This policy outlines our standard procedures for domestic and international shipping.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed in the order they are received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. A second email containing your tracking information will be sent once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined by the weight of the shipment and the destination address.
3. Domestic & International Shipping
We offer both local and international shipping services. Please ensure that all delivery information is correct at the time of checkout, as iCan London is not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, iCan London is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number(s) which will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
6. Damages
iCan London is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
