If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our returns policy is designed to be transparent and straightforward, ensuring a fair experience for all our customers.
1. Returns Eligibility
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.
- Gift cards and downloadable software.
- Selected health and personal care items.
3. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe (subject to your bank's processing times).
Note: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at shop@icanlondon.ae before sending the item back.
5. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank to inquire about processing times.
